14:00 – start of the race camping ground
19:30-21:00 – beginning of the registration (equipment and fist aid box check);

11 June 2011 (Saturday):
06:00 – a map with CP (control points) and a legend is shown;
06:30-08:00 – registration continues (equipment and fist aid box check), the race headwear and legends are provided;
07:30 – a storage place is open where one can leave stuff for the time of the race.
07:50 – team captains BIKE briefing/consultation with the judges;
08:05 – team captains TREK briefing/consultation with the judges;
08:45 – “Gorgany Race 2011″ official opening;
09:00 – start of the race BIKE;
09:03 – start of the race TREK;

12 June 2011 (Sunday):
15.00 – finish time
16.00-17.00 – Announcement of the results, awarding the winners; official ending of the race.
