1. In last year there was a bus from Lviv to Stara Huta, will be organized such a transport also in this year on friday 10.06.2011, approximately at which hour, what would be the fee for this bus. Will be there also a possibility to return with this bus on sunday afternoon 12.05.2011?
1. There will be a bus from Lviv, leaving about 4-5pm on Friday. And leaving back from the base camp at about 5-6 pm on Sunday. Arriving to Lviv at about 9-10 pm. The bus fee will be about 100 UAH return per person.
2. Am I right, I have to take with myself all the food stuff for 30h to my backpack, there are no food points from organisator on the track/race?
2. Yes, there will be no food points, so you have to take everything with yourself. But the will be small streams on the way where you would be able to refill drinking water.
3. What should I have in medical kit – is one medical kit for me and my partner enough, or should we have two?

4. Will be a possibility to pick up a tent in race base and leave there my stuff during I will be on the race?
4. You could leave the tent at the base camp + we will have a separate storage for valuable things.
5. What should I have as a not Ukrainian-citizen – what kind of insurance, or is enough standard insurance doc, valid all around the world, how You solve this case for non Ukrainian-citizens?
5. A standard international insurance that includes cover for races and trekking in the mountains should be enough. We will organize insurance for Ukrainian members with our partner insurance company, but I have to ask how it works for guests from abroad.
6. Question regarding the rope activites and technical tasks. In this year it is mandatory to have our own equipment. Am I good, for our two people team should we take: two climbing harness, 2 completes of self-safety ropes with karabiners, two descender or rappel device. Do we need to this list additional karabiners?
Very important question: Should we take all this stuff with ourself on the race to the backpacks, or stuff will be transported by You from base to technical tasks place? It’s important for me, to know what kind of backpack should I have ;)
6. Yes. You have to have 3 karabiners for each person. You have to transport everything with you along the whole route. There will be a few technical tasks on the way.
7. I’ve read that the base camp will be announced later on. Ok, but – will You announce the Control Points and maps before the race, or it will be announces e.g. 10minutes before start? I mean, will I have a possibility to have a look at house, easy, what kind of terrain it is, or it’s made just before the start?
7. The base camp will be announced at the end of April. And the control points will be shown just before the race start – in the evening on Friday 10 June.
