The teams should cover a hiking distance of approximately 90 km (for “TREK” category) and approximately 130 km of mountain biking distance + 30 km more of hiking distance (“BIKE” category), as well as to fulfill a number of special technical tasks related with trekking/mountaineering technics (rope activities).

The race course for “TREK” category partially lies in wild mountains without clear paths or roads and require orienteering skills. The route is defined by a number of mandatory checkpoints (CPs) that must be passed by all team members. Evidence to this will be photos taken at CPs and judges marks. A team is penalized for non-attending a CP and such team is certainly ranked behind all other teams that have taken larger number of CPs. If the gap between the members of one team is over 10 minutes, the team is disqualified. If the team members can not fulfill technical/special tasks, it is penalized with penalty which equals 4 hours. Control time may be set on some parts of the course.
There will be also “Bonus” CPs, that are not mandatory to attend, but each “Bonus CP” would give a team extra time gain of 4 hours.
The team may decide which CPs to take first. But the logic of the route would be defined by limited time of opening of the CPs with the judges.

Equipment
The following equipment is required:
- bikes (headlight and tail-light are obligatory), repair kit, helmets, and one bike lock for the team (only for the “BIKE” class),
- area map (will be provided by organizers), compass,
- head torches and spare batteries (for each team member), first-aid kit, food,
- one mobile phone for the team.
- digital camera with flash (should have no less than 3MP and a standard USB device for downloading photos at the finish)
- climbing harness, 2 self-safety ropes, 3 carabiners, a descender or rappel device for passing technical tasks – at least two sets for each team.
A  team that would not have the equipment for passing technical tasks would be allowed to take part in the race but it would get time penalty for every not completed technical task.

It can be cold in the mountains at night – the hights will be up to 1800+ meters, so in case of bad weather it is vital to have a     waterproof jacket. A thermal underwear would also be of great help.
A waterproof bag for  camera and mobile phone.
Trousers. A part of the trekking route can be through dense vegetation.
Money. If you get lost, it might happen that you finish the race in a remote place, and it would take time and cost money to get back to the race camping ground.

Results
Team result is determined by the sum of penalties and time spent on the race/course. In case someone from the team drops out of the race, the team is ranked below all other teams with full complement. The minimum number of people in a team is 2. In case of failing to cover the distance within time limit of 30 hours, the result of the last CP where judges have been present is accounted.

Possible technical tasks:
Hinged crossing
Parallel railing crossing
Descending on vertical railing
Slope traverse
Climbing on vertical railing

Technical task with ropes will not be very difficult. The most important part of the race is orienteering and endurance – the route is long and far not easy.

First-Aid Kit
Obligatory:
1 cardiac (sal amoniac, validol). Sal amoniac – when fainting ; validol – from heart pains;
2. analgesic (analgin/nimesil);
3. hydrogen dioxide (for bathing of deep wounds);
4. medical aseptic bandage;
5. patch.
Advisable:
1. elastic bandage;
2. analgesic ointment (fast-relief) – from the muscle pains and spasms;
3. Bacteribicides (iodine/brilliant green/balsam).

The Organizing Committee reserves to itself the right to change the rules of the race.
